Please use only BLACK pens or pencils when filling out your score sheets. Some Fax machines or scanners do not pick up the other colors good and I can't see what you've written down.

If you make a mistake on your score sheets please don't over write the number. Draw a line thru the incorrect number and write down the correct number next to it.  Many times I can't tell what the correct number is when you keep writing over the wrong one trying to correct it.  This is especially true when you Fax your sheets because the Fax just takes a picture of the page in Black & White.

In a Cricket game, when someone shoots a 9 Mark please record it on the same line as that player's name in the game they shoot it instead of recording it on the bottom of the score sheet.  It will be easier for the scorekeeper to record the 9 Mark on that line instead of on the bottom of the sheet and easier for me to spot so that I don’t ignore recording it.

It is not necessary to circle or note 100's and above because my computer picks them up automatically as I'm entering your scores.

When you fax in your sheets please be aware that the Fax Machines do not scan all the way to the bottom of the sheet.  They leave about ½ inch that’s not picked up so anything you write close to the bottom of the sheet is not scanned.

If you scan your sheets Scan them into a "4 page,     Document,     .PDF file"
Experiment with using a Black and White versus a Color scan and determine which format creates the smallest file size then use that format to scan your sheets into.    Send the file to me as an "attachment" to an Email.
