NODA awards a Patch and a Certificate when you get a 180 or a 9 Mark. If you get a 180 or a 9 Mark and have several Patches already and don't need
another one you could save your League a little money by requesting just the Certificate for your accomplishment.
Please let us know here whether you would like to have a Patch and a Certificate or just a Certificate and your wishes will be granted.
