John F. Findlay Beloved husband of Edith for 42 years. Dear father of long time NODA Darter John P Findlay (Captain of American Legion #2). Loving grandfather of Trisha, Sarah and John Jr. Great-grandfather of Dominik, Donovin and Xander. Cherished brother-in-law of Dave and Sally Fendt. Very special uncle of Jason Clarke and Shannon (Daniel) Bowlin. Founder of John F. Findlay & Son Concrete. Affectionately know as "Big John" by his "crew". Celebration of Life Service was Saturday 11:00 am, April 26th at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, 33603 Grand River Ave. (1 blk W of Farmington Rd), Downtown Farmington. Visitation was Friday, April 25th 3-8 pm. A donation of $25.00 was made by the NODA to Angela Hospice in the name of John F Findlay.
