The meeting started at 7:27 pm with these people in attendance: Joe & Sher Martin, Mary Ann Schick, Lynn McClelland, Vickie Weber, Jeff Chapel, Michael Abbott, Lisa Jones and Mike & Carol Dobek.

Old/New Business: After a few months of discussion there has been a motion brought to the Board to change 3rd division's format. The motion is to change the format to mirror 1st and 2nd division layouts. This will add more players to a few of the games and increase the number of team games. This will allow players to be able to shoot in more games, as many as 8 games per night instead of 6 games a night. The new format will consist of 15 games a night rather than 13 games, more players in the individual games, and a reduction in the starting points. The Board voted on this matter and the majority ruled that this new format needs to be voted on by all 3rd division players and future divission players at the end of the year Banquet.
Jeff Chapel ordered the meeting over at 8:54 pm.

The meeting started at 7:31 pm with these people in attendance: Joe & Sher Martin, Floyd & Lynn McClelland, Mike & Carol Dobek, Michael Abbott, Rhea Thomas, Lisa Jones and Jeff Chapel. Vickie Weber was excused.
Treasurer's report was read and approved (Lynn, Mary Ann).
Secretary's report was read and approved (Lynn, Mary Ann).
Old Business: After some discussion the Board confirmed that Rule 2-H will stand as is, "No dart may be touched by the thrower, another player, scorer, or spectator, prior the decision and announcement by the scorer. It is the responsibility of the player to verify his score before removing his darts from the board" (Joe, Lynn).
ADO Business: Since there has been an issue with women not showing up for the Local ADO Qualifiers, the Board has decided to make the Local Qualifier an open event. This means that if less than six women show up, the women who do show up can choose to shoot with the men. When determining a winner for the women there has to be at least two women who agree to shoot against the men and whichever woman wins the most games against the men will be declared the winner. However, if six women or more show up to the Local Qualifier then the women will have their own division. (Michael, Carol).

Old Business: There is no Old Business.
New Business: The Moe Crook Memorial Tournament will be held on March 8, 2014. Venue to be determined at a later date.
According to Rule 2-H if a dart is hanging in the dart board and it looks like it is going to fall out, you cannot go to the board and hold it in. However ADO rules allow a player to hold their darts in the board. NODA rules trump ADO rules unless there isn't a NODA rule for the matter at hand. Also, when going for an out in a 01' game, once you "bust" your shot is over (Rule 5-H). There is no trying to knock the dart that busted out of the board. These rules will be discussed again when Michael Abbott is present.
Jeff Chapel ordered the meeting over at 9:15 pm.
